Privacy policy

Calculator measurements and prices are processed in your browser to produce the displayed estimate. The site does not require an account, and calculator inputs are not submitted to us by the calculator interface.

Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. Retention and handling depend on the hosting provider’s infrastructure and settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the production site to help us understand aggregate page traffic and site performance. Cloudflare's beacon may process technical information about a visit, such as the page requested, timing and performance measurements, and browser or network information needed to provide the analytics service. The service is provided by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.

The calculator interface processes measurements, prices, and results in your browser. Those values are not included in usage analytics. We collect the calculator name and whether a page visit opens the tool, changes an input, and produces a valid updated estimate. Each calculator page visit has a random identifier kept only in browser memory; it is not reused after a reload or across calculators, and is not stored in cookies or browser storage. Usage records are stored with Cloudflare D1 and removed from the live analytics table after 30 days by a daily cleanup. We do not store IP addresses or browser identifiers in this table, and honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this collection. The site currently does not load Google advertising code or display advertisements. Project Buy List has an AdSense publisher account and is preparing to connect the site; before ad requests are enabled, this policy will be updated with the actual advertising providers, cookie and identifier use, user choices, and consent controls required for the relevant visitors.

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies can store information on a device or help a service recognize a browser. The calculator interface does not require cookies to calculate estimates and does not save your measurements, prices, or results in cookies.

Services used to deliver and protect this website may process technical request information. Any cookies or device storage used by those services will be described here based on our active configuration. You can review, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect features provided by third-party services.

Project Buy List is preparing to connect its Google AdSense account. Applying for AdSense or publishing an authorization file does not itself mean that advertisements are displayed on this website. Before advertising is enabled, we will update this policy to describe the advertising providers, the information they use, and your privacy choices, and implement consent controls where required.

You can email calculator feedback to feedback@projectbuylist.com. When you send an email, we receive the email address it was sent from and the information you choose to include. We use that information to review and respond to your feedback. Please do not include your address, telephone number, property-identifying details, or other private information.

The site may link to third-party websites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by those third parties.

Material changes will be reflected on this page. This policy was last updated on October 8, 2026.
